We believe horses offer so much more than just riding lessons.  Whether school, rescue, race, or retired, their calm, gentle, intuitive dispositions ground struggling readers' nervous and/or anxious energy.

When this happens, the reader is more open and receptive to the learning experience.

Thus, we view student-and-horse as a mutually beneficial partnership.  Students feel comfortable reading to horses, and horses enjoy being read to.  A winning combination!
